Games Room Fun
At George Brooker House, we have our very own games room. Our residents fully enjoy playing a bit of pool or a game of darts with eachother.
Here is Kevin and Steve enjoying the pool table. A bit of light hearted competition forming but all good fun.
June is enjoying a nice gentle game of air hockey with a fellow resident. This is exercising her muscles quite nicely whilst having fun.
Pat and Elaine are enjoying a game of table tennis, whilst the gentleman were using the pool table.
We are very proud of this room and the use that all our residents get from this. The dart board is also moveable, so this enables residents who are wheelchair users or not quite as tall to enjoy the game.
Our visitors also come along and take their loved one's up to the room and this makes their visits more engaging and enjoyable.
