Heartfelt Feedback
As a new relative or resident to the home, we really do understand what a big decision this is for everyone and the impact it has.
We recently had a new lady come to stay with us and the feedback from her daughter was amazing. It is so nice to be recognised for what we do and it helps us to know we are doing things right.
"So last week me and my sister had to make one of the hardest decisions ever, it was time to accept our mum needed 24hour care, our hearts were broken as we felt we had let her down but our dear mum needed to go in a care home, we visited a few and came away feeling something wasn’t right then we visited George Brooker House , literally in less than 2 minutes we knew this was where our dear mum would be so happy, the staff , the care ,the rooms , the activities, and definitely the chefs are unreal , I can honestly say we are absolutely blown away by everything, never did we think a care home could possibly give our dear mum anything that we could give , well we have been proven wrong , this home is the most kindest , loveliest, thoughtful careing place we cld ever wish for thank you all so so much from the bottom of our hearts for making your home feel like our mums home
