One to One & Games & Giggles
As much as some of our residents remain to have a very active social life (they are always out and about). We also have a lot of indoor activities that take place.
Our activity team pride themselves on the range of activities that are suited for all individual needs. Here is an example of some of those activities that have taken place recently.
Here is Kevin enjoying a game of indoor golf. This is a floor mat that has been designed to reflect a golf course and the object of the game is to throw the bean bag and if your good enough hit the "hole in one"
Elsie wanted to spend time reading a book about the royals. Elsie and the team were discussing her knowledge and she was fascinated to learn more.
Sylvia has a keen passion for all craft activities and she likes to spend a lot of time in her room completing all sorts, jigsaw puzzles, Scratch Art, Sequin Craft and Colouring. Here she is demonstrating her latest daily project.
This was a nice fufilling day, completing basic activities that the residents truely enjoy.
